Life is becoming miserable for small kids of South Africa

Its too hard to believe that in this modern world we observe so much things that makes us to think how difficult life some people among us are living .
Last week a 3 year old girl in South Africa was beaten and raped . She
is still alive. The man responsible was released on bail yesterday.
He is walking the streets This is a very important petition. It is an essential part of the
justice system for children. You may have already heard that there's a
myth in South Africa that having sex with a virgin will cure AIDS .
The younger the virgin, the more potent the cure. This has led to an
epidemic of rapes by infected mal es, with the correspondent infection
of innocent kids. Many have died in these cruel rapes.

Recently in Cape Town , a 9-month-old baby was raped by 6 men .
Please don't be complacent, do something about the kids of South Africa ...

You can make a difference. That child is fighting for life. This is
just 1 of the million cases of child abuse, so please pledge your
support and help keep CPU (CHILD PROTECTION UNIT) open. Please give
your support to the petition and ensure that it goes to as many people
as possible.

Please don't just leave it, make a difference .

What was the message ?Help me

I read this story in my text book when i was in third standard but i hardly understand why it was given in a text book of an eight year old gal.So the story goes like this::
There was a boy names Shashi who used to work as a servant in a house of a businessman. Now this business used to give this small boy his every house hold from preparing his food to cleaning his house. He used to do all his work. For his small mistake his master used to scold him and punish him very hard.Even the wife of master used to treat him not in a good manner but ya she was better than her husband. He also didn't get food. His life was miserable. He was very upset from his life.
One day when he was working in kitchen. He was feeling very weak.Suddenly by mistake he got a cut in his fingers. He started crying badly and shouted for help. The wife of master came there .She shouted on him and ask to go to his room. That night when he got fever bcoz of weakness.Next day when his master asked his wife about him she told him that Shashi is not feeling good so let him take rest that day.Shashi really felt so happy. But he knew that this happiness will last for 1 or 2 days only. From next day his daily routine started. While he was working he got this idea.He took the knife and cut in his finger. He went to master's room and saw that to his wife. She really got annoyed this time but she allowed him to take rest.
In this way he actually using this plan at least once in a week .One day when he was cleaning the house he is fall down in ground .His master took him to a hospital.Doctors told him that bcoz of all the cuts in his body blood has not been clotted well there.Doctors tried a lot but couldn't save his life.
This is one of the depressing story of my life. Now as i m a working in a slum school my childhood 's doubt came in mind again.
What do u think is the story tells us that we should stop child labour or Shashi shouldn't lie or what?
I really don't know the answer. But whatever happened to that boy was not a justice? What was his mistake that he lost his life as a punishment?
Oh Jesus kindly give me the answer.

Jesus don't see that whether u helped a single man or thousands of people but actually he see how u helped any of his child

have started getting a lots of respond from viewers of my blog.I m happy after seeing that its not me only who cares about these things. Many of u have mailed me.I got a mail from a guy who is really concern about this problem. He told me that he wanna join me but what we two can't really change this society. That's remind me a story that my mom used to tell me.
There was a man who used to come near to see shore every evening alone. At that time bcoz of waves small fishes come out of sea . He used to pick them one by one and throw them again in the sea again. In hundred fish he could hardly save some fifteen fishes. Its more than a year people used to look him.One day when this man was throwing a fish again in sea one other man asked him, "why u r throwing them again.I mean whose life is going to effect from ur work."This man smiled and throw that fish in the sea and said,"Life of this fish is effected ". I would be happy if i could help a single child and change his life.
I expect the same from u people.
May Jesus bless u all.
With love and wishes

Slum Kids Forced To Drop Out Of Schools

SULM KIDS FORCED TO DROP OUT OF SCHOOLS

A year and half ago over 60,000 people were relocated from one of India`s largest slums, Yamuna Pushta in Delhi.

Among them were 20,000 children but till today nothing has been done to open schools for these children. Thousands have been forced to drop out and have even become child labourers.

Fifteen-year-old Tabasum was always a topper in her class but sadly she was forced to drop out of school a year back. She is one of nearly 20,000 children all of whom have been relocated from Yamuna Pushta to Bawana, which is 30 kilometres away.

We were relocated from the slums and thrown here in Bawana. This place has no schools. The ones, which are there are too far away. There is no money to pay the bus fare everyday and anyway the schools are not giving us admission, said Tabasum.

Temporary Schools

The new area unlike their old home only has a handful of schools, which are severely inadequate for so many relocated children.

Though the area does have five temporary government schools, the problem is that each one of them can only accommodate a maximum of 500 students and only provide education till class five.

For children like Tabasum who want to continue their education, the only option is to go to schools in the town. But those are far away and most of these families do not have enough money to afford the bus fare everyday.

Govt. Apathy

Some of the other dropouts have had to become child labourers picking garbage and helping their parents earn extra money.

Embittered parents feel the future of their kids is going down the drain. They say they have been cheated and that the government should have made arrangements before shifting them out of Yamuna Pushta.

We have to buy her clothes and books and we have no money. Otherwise she was a great student when we stayed in Yamuna Pushta, said Mohammad Ashraf, Tabasum`s father.

The government admits there is a huge shortage and plans are underway to improve the situation.

Yes, there is definitely a shortage. The government is in-charge of providing good education and we will work on solving this problem, said Arvinder Singh Lovely, Education Minister, Delhi.

For now there is hope that these schools will be opened soon or else it may be too late for children who want to continue with their education.

Thank You

I m loser

He was just seven years old.Every morning he got up around 5.In the chilly cold,he toke some new magazines ,balloons and toys.In just five minutes he used to reach the place where he spent his half life i.e. IIT road and start his routine work.
This is a true story of a boy named Chandan whom i met six months before when my cab suddenly stopped near IIT-D road.It was a rainy day.I was listening to music in my i pod.Suddenly my attention gone to this boy who was not at all affected from such heavy rain.He was shouting so that any one of the people sitting in their imported cars could hear his voice.
Next day i decided to meet him. After talking him i felt that he had some extraordinary talents. He was a singer too.I asked him to join some school. He said ,"हा दीदी पर मेरे पास तो पैसे नही हैं ! आप मदद कर दो ".when i said him that i will help him.I started searching some NGO who could help him. After one week when i came to same place where he used to sleep in afternoon to give the good news that i had found a school for him, he was not there.
From that day I m searching him. Some people used to say his parents had took him to some other city.
I don't know whether i can meet him again or not.Certainly i m a loser.

Teaching is so much fun.

The mediocre teacher tells. The good teacher explains. The superior teacher demonstrates. The great teacher inspires.Teaching is the best experience for me.

Do u have that attitude?

There was a man who used to sell balloons, including red, blue, yellow, green.Whenever his business is down , he would release some helium filled balloon into air to attract children and when the children saw it in they would get attracted and buy them. One day he felt that as if someone was pulling him .he turned around and saw a little girl who asked,"If u release a red balloon would that also fly?Moved by the girls concern.the man replied with smile,"It is not the color of the balloon, it is what is inside that makes it go up. The same thing applies to our lives. It is what is inside that counts .Remember the difference b/w a topper and an avg student is not much in terms of knowledge but more in terms of mental application,in terms of attitude ,in terms of killing instinct.Remember a burning desire is the starting point of all accomplishments.
Thank u

Can't u help them?

"They never cry even they are alone.
They believe on Jesus even he never helped them.
They smile even they have no mean of happiness. "
bcoz they are the real human.
December 25 2008

It was my birthday on that day.I had decided to go to an orphanage .I was exited but more than that I was confused.I mean its was very new for me.
I reached there .Suddenly I felt that someone is touching my hands. And when i turned back i saw a kid nearly seven or eight years. He was smiling. He asked me to take him in my shoulder.
When i did that i felt that he got everything of his life. For that moment he was the happiest person of this universe.I entered in his class. All his friends were so happy after seeing a new face.I played with them.Everyone was so happy.I don't know who have given them so much strength to live their life happily.May be they r real human.
Kabi.
